Duties & Responsibilities
Operations Support – 50%
- According to operational forecasting capacity and revenue planning, provide whole support in space, facilities, and clean room environment.
- According to operation’s requirements, prepare the facilities to meet the cost, lead-time, on-time delivery, volumes, quality objectives.
- Work with Operations on capacity expansion capital business case to support volume forecast
- Monitor, coordinate the clean room operation condition, provide the best conditions.
- Evaluate, develop, design, analyze the clean room system, make sure these system’s operation
- Drive on-going cost-reduction and energy saving activities.
- Clean room improvement continuously.
Facility services – 40%
- Electric equipment/auto-control, Building management system/Generator/transformer/Electric distribution system etc. maintenance and repair.
- The documents draft and maintenance
- The layout and equipment configuration design conduct
- Environmental condition evaluation, calculation and analysis, such as the fresh air volume, air return/cycle condition, electricity capacity etc.
- Put forward the clean room maintenance and improvement.
- The system maintenance of HAVC, ESD support, PCW and DI water etc.
Others – 10%
- Work with technicians to review the status of factory daily inspection to improve.
- Work with EHS team to make sure the compliance.
- Work with Engineer and QA dept. on product quality issues.
- Other assigned job.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor or above in HVAC or electric major
- 5 years above experience related of clean room management
- Familiar with the standard, analysis tool, equipment, materials etc. of ISO 6/7 clean room
- Rich maintenance and design experience in clean room management
- Strong knowledge in clean room management system.
- Fluent oral and reading English, good at computer operation.
- Good communication, work planning and teamwork ability.
