Overview:
Support APAC Business Sustain lead to drive continuous improvements on ISCP performance for APAC countries, deploying any enhancement and/or tactical plan in alignment with ISCP or any other new planning system Strategies/Must Win Battles
Responsibilities:
- Support Business sustain lead to deploy ISCP sustainment and advancement in terms of
- drive process adherence health check, Metric improvements etc. through structured periodic reviews & action management
- Collaborate with Heads of different department to drive change management in processes to implement solution and process enhancement
- capture business requirements and collaborate with IT solution team to design/test/deploy and track its progress
- Root Cause Analysis with market teams in case of KPI deviations from the trend/Target
- First Point of Contact of market Super Users to resolve system functionality issues, system changes and enhancements, from validation to implementation
- Deliver New Hire Training or refresher Trainings to develop/maintain end user, super-user capabilities
- Exchange good practice with other regions
- Support other region level planning/KPI reporting
Qualifications:
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in complex Supply chain network or FMCG company, either Demand planning or supply chain planning area
- Excellent communication skill to work with cross functions/teams to drive operation excellence
- Strong project management skill to lead transformational change requests/projects that drive ISCP improvement
- Fluent in oral/written English is mandatory
- Good command of Mandarin
- Capable of handing multi-tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Self-disciplined and strong time management with result driven
- Open-minded and willing to embrace new things and new working methods.
- Knowing SAP/JDA planning system and join in any system deployment will be a plus
