What You Will Do
Understand the specification of the customer and elect the right solution;
Support PM and manager on all project in Logic development, product testing, technical document and issue analysis etc;
- Review Logic related development documentation, ensure the correctness and standardization.
- Provide guidance and advanced training for development engineers.
- Supports production manufacture and solves the problems in the manufacture;
- Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Position to develop/support new and existing products that meet or exceed customer expectation. Support system engineers and manager on all projects in Logic development to generate revenue and growth for Business unit.

Bachelor's degree in engineering

5+ years hardware design experience.

Experience in the Logic design of optical communication system.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Be proficient at VHDL or Verilog logic language.
- Skilled use of Logic development tools including such as ISE, Diamond and so on.
- In-depth knowledge of FPGA/CPLDs resource and method of application usage, such as PLL/RAM/GMII/DDR3/SerDes IP core.
- Good knowledge of SDH communication system, and have SONET/OTN related project design experience.
- Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility and good organization.
- Good English ability in reading, speaking and writing.
