Review in-house, arriving and departing Paiza guests on a daily basis, while establishing positive relationships with guests. Collecting and updating guest personal information, preferences, practices, and hobbies to ensure a detailed and accurate guest history and guest recognition program as possible;
Escort guest to and from the arrival/ departure points or any location in Hotel/ Casino to the hotel suites;
Serve the guest according to guest’s needs, including but not limited to: hotel tour, introduction of hotel suite and perform check-in and check-out services, unpacking and packing of luggage, ironing, mending and shoe polishing, and housekeeping fast cleaning service;
Answer guests’ inquiries and service requests over the phone with a professional and friendly attitude, proactively communicate with relevant internal departments, and provide appropriate services based on guests’ preferences.

Hospitality Management is preferred
Language:
Mandarin: HSK 5 above or Chinese university exchange student experience
English: Basic to Conversational
Good communication customer service skills
With one-year Hotel or premium customer service experience is preferred
Computer literacy is a must and knowledge of Opera System is an advantage
Guest handling skills and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environment
Be willing to work on shift (24 hours shift)
