About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our R&D PMO team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end Ericsson product development from early concept (F0) to final release (FG), securing high-quality deliveries on time and in scope. You are expected to demonstrate solid business and technology understanding, and to continuously improve our ways of working and processes while adhering to established WoW. You will work in a global, multicultural environment and are expected to quickly learn, share lessons learned and promote good practices across teams.
What you will do:

Lead efficient project execution and product release from F0 to FG, securing deliveries in good quality, scope and according to agreed plans

Define, maintain and follow up project plans (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources), ensuring alignment with product and business priorities

Manage project risks, issues and changes in a proactive and detailed way, driving mitigation actions and decision-making with relevant stakeholders

Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (R&D, architecture, test, product management, operations and other units) to secure end-to-end delivery

Drive efficient communication and close collaboration internally and externally with partners, ensuring transparent and timely information flow

Monitor and control project budget and cost throughout the lifecycle, optimizing project capability and resource utilization

Prepare and present clear, structured project status reports and decision materials to line and project steering groups

Contribute to continuous improvements of project management processes, tools and WoW, and actively share lessons learned and best practices
The skills you bring:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in R&D or technology-driven environments

Project Management or PMO experience in the telecommunication or related industry is highly preferred

Solid skills in project planning and control, risk and issue management, change management, and stakeholder communication

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, cross-site teams in a matrix organization, with strong collaboration and influencing skills

Strong ownership, perseverance and result orientation, with the ability to lead teams through challenges and ambiguity Proficient English speaking and writing skills for daily communication, meetings and reporting; Chinese (Mandarin) skills for local collaboration are required

Familiarity with Lean and Agile ways of working; relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are an advantage
