What You'll Do
You will be responsible for Automation Design & Integration
- Lead technical design and integration of automation systems across multiple plants.
- Develop specifications and validate system architecture for robotics, AGVs, and control systems.
- Provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure compliance with standards
You will be Robotics, Ergonomics & Safety Leadership
- Drive implementation of advanced robotic solutions to improve efficiency and ergonomics.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance for automated systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
You will be responsible for System Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and throughput using Lean principles.
- Develop and implement best practices for automation maintenance and operation
You will be responsible for Supplier & Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with suppliers and integrators to validate technical solutions and ensure quality.
- Support negotiations on technical scope and assist in vendor performance evaluations.
- Oversee installation activities and resolve escalated technical issues.
You will be responsible for Technical Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff-level engineers on automation technologies.
- Lead technical training sessions and share best practices across engineering teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for automation standards and emerging technologies.

- You with proven experience leading technical aspects of automation projects.
- You with hands-on expertise with robotics, PLCs, AGVs, and material handling systems.
- You with exposure to supplier coordination and technical validation processes.
- You with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to lead technical discussions.
- You with excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple sites.
- You with ability to mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
- You with Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and emerging automation trends.
