Basic Qualifications:
- Machinery industry background, elevator related background preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of program management experience (project schedule, planning & execution, budget & cost, resource allocation…).
- Proven experience in delivery of end to end complex technology based projects from idea to mass production.
- Ability to foresee risks, proactively work with cross function team to workout solutions, escalate to management team based on needs.
- Knowledge of, and experience with, statistical process control and advanced quality management tools.
- Soft skill on communication, IPD team engagement, driving the succeed of projects.
- Self-motivated and able to handle pressure.
- Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment, and a great team player to be well adapted to a global cross functional working environment.
- Understanding of business, technology and external environment.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. (MS project and etc.)
- Must have good written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization. Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities. Consistently takes the initiative to get things done.
- Strong customer service sense. Self-aware and quick learner; Integrative thinker.
Education:
- The minimal education requirement is a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication skills for speaking, reading, and writing
- PMP certified preferred
