What You Will Do- 负责 SMT 制程中不良 PCBA 的检测,维修及异常分析处理
- 对维修过程中发现的问题进行统计,记录及归纳分析
- 配合工程师完成故障复现,问题分析及原因定位,并形成完整分析报告
- 根据电路原理图, PCB 点位图及 BOM 进行故障排查,准确判断问题原因并完成修复
- 与团队成员协作,持续提升维修效率与维修质量
- 完成上级安排的其他相关工作
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 大专及以上学历(或同等学历)
- 2 年以上 PCBA 维修相关工作经验,熟悉 SMT 电路板维修流程
- 能够熟练阅读电路原理图及 PCB 点位图
- 熟练使用电烙铁,热风枪,万用表,示波器,电源等维修及测试工具
- 动手能力强,能独立完成元件级 (0201 贴片, BGA/QFN) 维修者优先
- 掌握基本电脑操作及常用办公软件
- 具备良好的责任心和执行力,能够适应加班安排,保障生产进度
