Product Engineer (Shanghai)
工作职责 / Job Description:
- Responsible for product management and marketing of sensor products appointed.
- Deeply master the application technology of sensors and peripheral electrical equipment to build professional and systematical product technical cognition.
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies for sensor business in China.
Develop segmented markets and drive business growth of product lines.
Conduct regular research and analysis on competitors and partners including market layout, product performance, price system and marketing strategies to support business decisions.
- Take charge of product launch implementation and product training for business partners and sales teams.
Plan, produce and optimize marketing and promotional materials for product lines, including exhibition panels, advertising materials and other marketing documents.
Professionally present P+F sensor products, supporting services and overall solutions through industry seminars, offline exhibitions, online media and other channels to improve product market exposure and industry influence.
- Report to Technical Manager - Sensors, coordinate and implement complex pre-sales and after-sales technical support work, and assist in the progress of all related projects to ensure smooth project implementation and efficient resolution of customers’ technical problems.
- 负责指定传感器产品的产品管理与市场推广工作。
- 深入掌握传感器及周边电气设备的应用技术，建立专业、系统化的产品技术认知。
- 制定并落地中国区域传感器业务的市场营销策略：
开拓细分市场，推动对应产品线的业务增长；
定期调研并分析竞品及合作厂商，涵盖市场布局、产品性能、价格体系、营销策略等维度，为公司业务决策提供支撑。
- 负责产品发布和上市推广工作，同时为合作伙伴及销售团队提供产品培训和沟通：
策划、制作并优化产品线市场推广物料，包含展会展板、宣传素材及各类市场文档；
通过行业研讨会、线下展会、线上媒体等各类渠道，专业推介倍加福（P+F）传感器产品、配套服务及整体解决方案，提升产品市场曝光度与行业影响力。
- 向传感器技术经理汇报，统筹执行复杂的售前、售后技术支持工作，配合推进各类相关项目，保障项目顺利落地，高效解决客户各类技术问题。
任职要求 /Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related majors; Master degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience; with experience in system integration or mechatronic engineering preferred.
- CET-4 or above, fluent in English with competent oral, reading and writing skills for daily work.
- Familiar with automation equipment. With knowledge of EMC technology, signal processing and analysis, programming, Ethernet/Fieldbus, PLC, IO modules and drive systems is a plus.
- Possess excellent technical analysis capability, with the ability to deliver technical/business information to partners and customers accurately and professionally.
- Equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills, positive working attitude and strong team spirit.
- 本科及以上学历，机电、自动化、电气工程、通信工程及相关专业，硕士学历优先。
- 具备2年及以上相关工作经验，拥有系统集成、机电工程行业从业经验者优先。
- 英语4级及以上，英语流利，可熟练完成工作所需的口语沟通、读写等工作。
- 熟悉自动化设备；掌握电磁兼容（EMC）技术、信号处理与分析、编程、工业以太网/现场总线、PLC、IO模块及驱动系统相关知识者优先。
- 具备优秀的技术分析能力，能够精准、专业地向合作伙伴及客户传递技术/商务信息。
- 具备良好的沟通协调与人际交往能力，工作态度积极主动，拥有优秀的团队协作精神。
