1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of data analysis experience, background in life service industry, management experience, mathematics, statistics, computer science, etc. are preferred 2. Sensitivity to data, able to quickly reveal the correlation between data and business, and use data for business modeling and quantitative reasoning 3. Be proficient in SQL and have practical experience in using R, Python or other programming languages have the ability to use machine learning techniques (such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.) for analysis, and have extensive experience in converting data analysis results into business strategies be able to independently write professional analysis reports 4.
