- 商务运营流程优化与数字化：借助数字化工具（如Power BI、Mendix等）实施商务运营流程优化，提升效率。

- 产品交付周期监控与审查：监控并定期审查产品交付周期，识别潜在问题并提出改进建议。
- MTO/ICC GR/IR 清账：负责MTO/ICC GR/IR（收货/收发票）的清账工作。
- 其他：处理与业务需求相关的其他运营任务。
你需要具备的品质：
- 工作经验：至少3年相关商务工作经验。
- 学历：本科及以上学历，财务、商务等相关专业。
- 数字化思维与能力：具备数字化思维，能够创建并识别数字化解决方案以解决问题；拥有数字化知识（例如Power BI、Tableu、Mendix等），具备领导或提供有益于团队和业务的数字化解决方案经验。
- 学习能力与业务好奇心：具备快速学习能力和对业务的强烈好奇心。
- 英语能力：英语流利，可以跨文化沟通协作。

You'll make an impact by
- Implementing commercial operations process optimization leveraging digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Mendix, etc.) to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinating with the Partner Management department to handle various matters related to solution partners.
- Monitoring and regularly reviewing product lead times, identifying potential issues, and proposing improvements.
- Handling MTO/ICC Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) clearance.
- Addressing other operation-related tasks as per business needs.
Your defining qualities
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial work experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Possess a digitalization mindset, capable of creating and identifying digital solutions to problems.
- Equipped with digital knowledge (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Mendix, etc.), and experienced in leading or providing digital solutions that benefit the team and business.
- Strong learning ability and keen curiosity for business.
- English proficient, capable of cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
