DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New machine evaluation, production line setup.
2. Create and optimize machine programs for new products (NPI) and MP production.
3. Optimize machine parameters and line balancing to improve Cycle Time, Uptime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
4. Perform root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
6. Develop, implement, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for PCBA equipment
7. Execute daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and cleaning to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
8. Create and update detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance guides for equipment.
9. Train production operators on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance tasks.
10. Technical support for VN and USA
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1 Good reading, writing and oral English
2 Familiar with SMT related machine: Solder printer, Fuji pick and place machine, FC machine, reflow oven, 3D AOI or familiar with PCBA backend machine: PCBA cleaner, underfill machine, 3D X-ray, router, conformal coating etc.
3 Familiar with IPC-A-610
4 Familiar with problem resolved skills such as Fish Bone, 5Why
5 Good communication skill
