岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects related to AI infrastructure, including AI servers, NIC adapters.
Coordinate with AI hardware/software partners and cross-discipline teams to align on AI workload requirements, performance targets, and delivery schedules.
Leverage AI tools to enhance project management efficiency, including AI-assisted status report generation, risk identification, schedule analysis, and document stigmatization.
Coordinating with vendor(s), cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, with experience managing AI-related projects (e.g., AI server, AI Agent/Utility) strongly preferred.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding, document generation, data analysis) and willingness to adopt them in daily project management work.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
The knowledge of the X86 server or NIC/GPU adapter is a plus.
