Your Role
1. 负责BCM或VCU应用层软件的全生命周期开发，包括需求分析、MATLAB/Simulink模型构建、算法设计、模型仿真与验证。
2. 基于MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow工具，完成BCM相关应用层控制策略功能（如灯光控制、门窗控制、雨刮控制、车身防盗、无钥匙进入等）或VCU相关应用层控制策略功能（如扭矩分配、驾驶模式切换、能量管理、故障诊断等）的模型架构设计、开发、自动代码生成及优化工作。
3. 参与BCM或VCU应用层模块的需求评审与设计评审，制定详细的软件开发计划与测试计划，确保软件功能符合整车厂的技术规范及功能安全要求。
4. 负责BCM或VCU模块的版本管理及文档编写（包括模块架构文档、设计文档、测试报告等），确保开发过程的可追溯性与可复现性。
5. 配合测试团队完成软件台架测试与整车测试，定位并解决测试过程中出现的模块软件问题，推动软件版本的持续迭代与优化。
Your Background
1. 具有本科及硕士以上学历，自动化、车辆工程、计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业；
2. 熟悉C/C++操作系统等方面的知识，熟悉MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow、Davinci Developer/Configurator工具的使用；
3. 责任心强，工作认真负责，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，拥有较强的学习能力与抗压能力，并能高效开展跨部门协作；
4. 良好的英语口语、读写能力。
