Act as EMI expert and technical advisor in customer meetings to translate customer needs and technology trends into product and application innovation.

Involve in customer interaction to drive technical problem solving.

Use market and customer analytics to stay up-to-date on evolving industry trends.

Contribute globally and regionally to best practices, academy/trainings, processes/tools, etc.

Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, etc.

Drive development of an end-to-end customer experience from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service.

Leverage customer feedback to align global/regional SBU projects in creating joint value.

Give feedback to and proactively seek it from sales, marketing, PD and innovation.

Effectively communicate with end-users, co-workers, managers, and other departments.

Work with internal and external teams to collect and confirm and technical requirements.

Design, improve, and document application engineering processes.

Help to ensure the successful sustainment, development, and enhancement of applications.
- Master or above degree in Chemistry, Electronics Engineering, Electromagnetics, or related field.

Strong interest in Adhesive and Automotive industry.

Teamwork with partners and frequent information sharing in internal team.

5+ years of experience in EMI/EMC engineering, application engineering, or related technical support functions.

Experience supporting customers in electronics, automotive, industrial, telecommunications, data center, or consumer electronics industries is preferred.

Strong understanding of EMI/EMC principles and mitigation techniques.

Experience with automotive EMC qualification programs.

Strong project management and customer-facing experience.

Fluent in Mandarin & English communication.
