You support our team as
- Do quality management at new product development phase by using APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP(Production Part Approval Process) including P-FMEA(Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), CP(Control Plan), CTQ(Critical To Quality), QSI(Quality of Service Index), MSA(Measurement System Analysis) and SPC(Statistical Process Control) professionally
- Receive and pass the customer audit and finish follow-up action
- Communicate the customer to define the CTQ (Critical To Quality) / quality spec clearly, and support to optimze the product performance accordingly in development phase
- Manage the quality of new production process and products and do quality improvement project to improve First time yield
- Other tasks defined by supervisor
- Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, materials, engineering related majors
- Over 3 years working experience in production process quality management, and have knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process control and Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC(Statistical Process Control) , etc.
- Have the ability of conflict management, response, analyze and solve problems
- Good communication skills and logical thinking ability
- Good command of English skill and good Microsoft Office skill
