We are looking for a retail professional to drive the planning, opening, and ongoing operational management of VIVAIA's overseas stores across both directly-operated and distributor/franchise channels, helping us deliver a consistent, high-performing brand experience worldwide.

What You'll Do
- Leading end-to-end overseas store expansion — including market and site evaluation, store opening planning, and coordinating cross-functional teams to take new locations live across global markets.
- Managing the day-to-day operations and performance of overseas stores, monitoring sales, traffic, conversion, and other commercial KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with overseas distributors and franchise partners, supporting them with operational standards, training, and performance reviews.
- Developing and rolling out standardized retail operating procedures (SOPs), visual merchandising guidelines, and service standards to ensure brand consistency across directly-operated and partner stores.
- Partnering with regional teams to localize store strategy by market, balancing global brand standards with local customer needs and commercial realities.
- Analyzing store performance data and market trends to inform expansion decisions, inventory planning, and operational priorities.
- Collaborating closely with HQ functions — including supply chain, marketing, and product — to ensure smooth store launches and ongoing support.
Who You Are
- Solid experience in retail management, store operations, and/or retail expansion, ideally within fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with managing both directly-operated stores and distributor/franchise partnerships in international markets.
- Strong understanding of retail commercial drivers — sales performance, store P&L, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and partners in multiple overseas markets.
- Analytical and structured, able to turn store and market data into clear operational decisions.
- A proactive, hands-on operator who can move between strategy and execution.
- Genuine alignment with VIVAIA's commitment to sustainable, customer-centric retail.

Must-have
- Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or retail expansion.
- Fluent professional English; able to use English as the working language for daily collaboration with overseas teams and partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed for store openings and market visits.
- Based in or able to relocate to Shenzhen.
Nice-to-have
- Experience opening or scaling stores across multiple international regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia).
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with both directly-operated and distributor/franchise retail models.
