Major Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Familiar with the products of Desoutter tools
- Understand customers electrical specifications/protocols.
- Programming and debugging of tool tightening program.
- Programming of the Desoutter control system, internal or external PLC systems
- Work closely with Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer, Installation Engineer and service team and outside of company such as MTB, customers and suppliers
- Develop suppliers/MTB to provide high quality products and also follow/maintain/form the best Desoutter practices.
- ISGRAPH/Cvilogics program, external PLC program parameter upload into PDMLink
- Supervise Test & Debug of our equipment at supplier or on our workshop floor.
- Electrical drawing design and components selection
- Support installation work during Start-Up at Customer
- CVINET installation, SQL and Oracle data base installation and test for project
- Programming for new Desoutter products in project
- Network connection debug for Desoutter products and projects
- Tightening process and parameter optimization
- Parameter setting and calibration of Desoutter tools.
- Design and debugging of human-computer interaction interface such as HMI or IPC
- Training to inside staff and outside partners
- Be responsible for the guidance of new team members or junior engineers.
- Absorb new electrical knowledge for different applications.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering and automation
- At least 7 years of experiences in electrical controls design and programming and 3 years of experience in tightening system design and programming in industrial tools
- Experience in design and manufacturing of customized solutions and understanding customers’ needs.
- Experience in industrial/automotive assembly
- More experience of Robot and vision application
Knowledge & Skills
- PLC programming knowledge is necessary.
- Knowledge of Motor Vehicle and/or General Industry segments is a plus.
- Understanding and interest in customized applications
- Be familiar with ISGRAPH/Cvilogics program.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with customers
- Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
