This position combines creative vision with technical expertise to deliver client-centric, code-compliant, and brand-aligned interior environments across corporate, technology, financial, and professional services sectors.
You will mentor junior designers, collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and external consultants, and serve as a trusted design advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle—from programming and concept development through construction administration and occupancy.

Oversee the production of high-quality, coordinated design documentation in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance.
Serve as the primary interior design point of contact during project delivery, managing client expectations and resolving design-related issues proactively.
Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, accessibility standards (e.g., ADA), life safety requirements, and sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, WELL, Fitwel).
Collaborate with cost consultants and procurement teams to align design intent with budget parameters and value-engineering opportunities.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and installation mock-ups for design fidelity and quality control.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior interior designers and coordinators.
Contribute to PDS design standards, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Support business development efforts through proposal contributions, interview presentations, and portfolio development.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong focus on corporate/commercial interiors and full project lifecycle delivery.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM workflow), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, sustainable design principles, and global workplace trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
NCIDQ certification required.

Experience working within an integrated AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or multidisciplinary consultancy is a plus.
