Responsible for designing and conducting experiments toward the development or improvement of custom polymer functional masterbatch. Responsible for developing a testing plan and procedure, data analysis, communication of results and supporting scale-up. Five plus years direct or relevant experience on polymer with ability to operate independently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Leads development of products, adhering to customer specifications, quality, and operational goals and standards.

Applies multiple theories in testing/approaches to the creation if needed.

Provides project management to product platform development including application of statistical experimental design, product testing, and data analysis.

Identifies material and other functional specifications to meet customer requirements.

Partners with manufacturing to establish quality and testing conditions, supporting scale-up.

Presents technical work to customers and various levels of management.

Possess good teamwork skills with other functional teams including sourcing, regulation, product managers, etc..
Bachelor degree or above on polymer or chemical.
Good English communication skills (written and oral).
Experience or background on multiple applications is preferred.
