Provide comprehensive sales operations and executive support for China field teams. Serve as the coordination hub across account teams, legal, commercial operations, government affairs, and global product functions, ensuring customer readiness, compliance, effective meetings, and smooth execution.
Manage the end-to-end NDA lifecycle for China Sales accounts, partnering with Legal and NDA PMO to ensure timely execution and compliance clearance.
Coordinate customer compliance screening and validate required documentation prior to NDA release.
Support Account Managers and End Market Managers with account setup, screening, CRM coordination, and internal alignment.
Maintain the China customer master list, including ownership, priorities, opportunity status, and risk indicators.
Monitor sales system notifications (e.g., NDA approvals, contracts, PRF, RMA, ECN) and coordinate follow-ups across teams.
Plan and execute executive, product line, and EM visits to China, including agendas, schedules, logistics, and multi-city itineraries.
Schedule and manage complex meetings across China, US, and EMEA time zones, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Act as a key communication bridge between China Sales leadership, executives, and global stakeholders.
Support China Leader: key team action items, scheduling, expense reports, meeting coordination, travel arrangement
Partner closely with corporate functions to support sales execution and events:
Marketing: Execute China marketing events (customer events, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions, executive briefings); coordinate vendors, budgets, logistics, and follow-up; support WeChat admin istration.
Office admin : Daily office operations, including 3rd party vendor supervision (e.g., front desk management, housekeeping, and office safeguarding) , Office admin istrative purchases, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination and China Audit if needed
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder operations or sales support workflows
Min 10 years' experience in similar role
Strong coordination and communication skills across China and global teams
High attention to detail, compliance, and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Structured, execution-focused, and proactive working style
Fluent business communication in English and Chinese
Proficient with Microsoft office & familiar with sales process and tools relating to forecast, sales tracking, and funnel management
