Summary

Oversee the daily operation and ensure compliance with brand service standards

负责嘉宾轩日常运营管理，确保服务质量达到酒店品牌标准。

Supervise Grand Club services including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.

监督早餐、下午茶及欢乐时光等时段的运营工作。

Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to enhance guest satisfaction and members loyalty.

维护重要宾客及VIP客户关系，提升宾客满意度和忠诚度。

Manage team scheduling, training, performance, and employee development.

负责员工培训、排班、绩效管理及团队建设。

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.

处理宾客投诉及特殊需求，确保问题得到及时解决。

Work closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments.

与前厅部、餐饮部、客房部等部门保持良好协作。

Monitor operational costs, inventory control, and revenue opportunities.

关注运营成本、物料管理及收益提升。

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred.

大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in Grand Club or Front Office operations within an international hotel brand.

具有3年以上国际品牌酒店前厅部或嘉宾轩管理经验。

Strong knowledge of Grand Club operations and VIP guest services.

熟悉嘉宾轩运营流程及VIP宾客接待标准。

Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

英语听说读写流利，具备良好的商务沟通能力。

Proficient in Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and hotel management systems.

熟练使用Opera、MS Office等酒店管理系统及办公软件。
