What You Will Do
1.Responsible for system-level optical link architecture, link-level KPI breakdown, modeling, parameter definition, and system-level component selection. 2. With some guidance from Sr. Engineers and manager, develops new product design and manage product extension. 3.Provides technical support to customers, suppliers and inside personnel. 4.Coordinates product activities with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing and quality. 5.Support product test by coordinating with reliability lab. 6.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in engineering 8+ years optical design experience of optical amplifier or related products Familiar with optical simulation tools like OAsix or Opti-Amplifier. Strong ability of OA and related product design. Familiar with OA manufacture and test procedure. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
