Job Description
岗位职责:
1、销售经理助理工作:
1)个人行程、事务安排协助; 2)经理工作协助,包括会议安排、工作跟踪、及部分文件管理; 3)文件签批及会议管理; 4)协助解决、转达区域销售提出的需要总监解决的问题;
2、行政事务:
1)销售奖金计算和统计及跟踪; 2)行政费用的管控和开支分析; 3)个人费用标准更新、电脑等资产管理; 5 / 6 4)联络方式更新,包括内外部来访的协助; 5)经销商合同签订跟踪、对账单管理等; 6)办公室租赁合同管理; 7)各类供应商对接及付款安排;
3、办公室行政: 1)办公室日常管理; 2)办公用品、设备等固定资产管理; 3)备用金管理;
任职要求: 1) 大专以上学历 2) 做事仔细认真,责任心强,有耐心,有良好的沟通能力和理解能力 3) 熟练使用各种 Microsoft office 办公软件,尤其是 excel;
