Main Responsibilities:
主要职责
- Demand Management- Responsible for customer demand manage (customer order manage/Forecast & Lead Time confirm). Update customer demand, manage customer demand fluctuation, and analyze mid-term and long-term customer demand, define the possible capacity risk.
需求管理- 负责管理客户需求（客户订单/ 销售预测& 交货期确认）. 接收客户端订单需求，管理客户需求波动，并分析中长期客户需求与内部产能，识别产能风险；

Production Plan & Schedule – Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's production plan and materials control functions including production planning/coordination, materials planning and dispatching. Implements work-in-process tracking, material variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.

生产计划& 排程- 负责建立与执行公司生产与物料控功能，包括生产计划/ 协调，物料计划与调度。生产进度追踪、材料短缺控制及生产计划执行效率报告。

- Raw Materials/Components Manage- Establish and Maintain three months raw materials requirements plan and monthly raw materials delivery schedule. Ensure right delivery schedule to meet inventory and production request.
材料管理/ 部件管理- 建立并维护三个月的材料需求计划及月度材料交货计划。确保合适的物料交货计划以满足库存与生产需求。

- Capacities manage- Balance and rationalization capacity resources, manage bottlenecks, check rough-cut capacity, monitor adherence to MPS.
产能管理- 平衡与合理利用产能资源，管理瓶颈，检查粗产能以确保主生产计划的实施。

Production coordinator – work closely with other relate departments such as manufacturing, QA, Purchasing etc. to tracking production and delivery progress; initiative coordinate and to solving the issues which impact shipment requirements.

生产协调- 与制造、质量、采购等相关部门紧密合作，时时追踪生产与交货进度。积极主动协调并解决可能影响出货需求的相关问题。

- Inventory Control- Monitor inventory level, tracking the inventory aging, increase inventory turnover, avoid slow moving inventory.
库存控制- 监督库存水平，追踪库龄，提升库存周转率，避免呆滞物料产生。

- Shipments Coordinates- Follow up the customer demand to coordinate shipment.
出货协调- 主动跟进、协调出货计划与进度等相关事宜。

Take responsibility for planning of one product line, Threaded pin/CAMLOC/Industry.

能独立处理 2 个产品线的计划工作，比如钛合金/ 快卸锁/ 工业制造。

Raw materials, outside processing, tooling and MRO purchase to support HFS Suzhou business. 原材料，外发加工，模具或MRO 杂项采购以支持豪梅特紧固件苏州的业务

Independently responsible for sourcing of critical materials/components/tooling, cost controlling, suppliers management. Implementing cost reduction projects, and managing delivery time, quality, and risks. Work with headquarters and international suppliers, and lead the optimization of product category strategies and the improvement of supply chain stability.作为资深采购，独立负责公司核心物料的寻源、成本管控、供应商管理、降本项目、交期质量风险管控，对接海外总部及国外核心供应商，主导品类策略优化与供应链稳定性提升

Responsible for the entire procurement process of critical materials, including wire, strip, bar, machined parts, stamped parts, outsourced processing, and key tooling, during the development phase of new projects. Responsible for price inquiries, comparisons, negotiations, contract review, establishing a pricing system, and negotiating annual framework agreements.负责金属原材料，包括线材，带材，棒料，机加工件，冲压件，外协加工和关键模具等核心物料采购全流程。负责询价、比价、议价、合同评审、价格体系搭建、年度框架协议谈判

Responsible for sourcing, importing, auditing, rating, and evaluating new suppliers; optimizing the supplier structure, eliminating inferior suppliers, and building a stable, low-cost, and high-quality supply chain system负责新供应商寻源、导入、审核、评级、绩效考核；优化供应商结构，淘汰劣质供方，搭建稳定、低成本、高质量的供应链体系

Familiar with mechanical material costs, able to independently break down raw material, processing fees, heat treatment, losses, and process costs; lead annual cost reduction projects, market analysis, and annual price reviews, and output sustainable cost reduction results.熟悉机械物料成本结构，可独立拆解原材料、加工费、热处理、损耗、工艺成本；主导年度降本项目、市场行情研判、年度价格复盘，输出可持续将本成果

Follow up on the entire material delivery process. Identify material shortages, delivery delays, raw material price increases, and supplier capacity risks in advance. Coordinate with quality, engineering, and production departments to handle incoming material defects and material substitutions to ensure stable production line operation.跟进物料交付全流程，提前识别物料短缺、交期延迟、原材料涨价、供应商产能风险；协同品质，工程、生产处理来料异常、物料替代事宜，保障产线稳定运转

Participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction) implementation, sample prototyping, and mass production material evaluation of new products; simultaneously complete new material pricing, supplier verification, and delivery date locking; and cooperate with engineering to complete project milestones. 参与新产品NPI 导入、样品打样、量产物料评估，同步完成新物料定价、供方验证、交期锁定，配合工程完成项目节点

Proficient in using ERP systems to maintain procurement data, price lists, and supplier files; timely output of monthly procurement reports, supplier performance reports, ASAT reports, and communication with overseas headquarters and suppliers via email/conference. 熟练使用ERP 系统维护采购数据，价格清单，供方档案；按时输出月度采购报表、降本报表、供应商绩效报告，ASAT 报告，对接国外总部和供应商英文邮件/ 会议沟通
Continue optimizing purchasing procedure and working method to increase efficiency. Work with IT to improve or develop procurement related system. 持续优化采购流程和工作方法来提高效率，和IT 一起合作优化或开发公司采购相关的系统

Work in compliance with Howmet ethic and perform ASAT. 遵从豪梅特道德规范，执行ASAT

Responsible for training of buyers.负责采购人员的培训

Education:
学历要求：
本科及以上，机械、材料、供应链、国际贸易相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, engineering or materials is preferred

Experience, Skills & Background:
工作经验、技能、背景：

5 年及以上制造业采购经验，有外企/ 汽车零部件/ 精密机械采购经验优先；熟悉金属原材料，模具钢，合金棒料，机加工及外协，热处理等优先。
Above 5 years of purchasing experience in the manufacturing industry, Foreign companies/auto parts/precision machinery is preferred. Familiarity with metal raw materials, mold steel, alloy bars, machining and outsourcing, heat treatment, etc. is preferred.

Proficient in the entire procurement process, supplier development, cost assessment, annual negotiations, and risk management.

能看懂机械图纸，熟悉金属材料特性、加工工艺、行业行情。
Able to read mechanical drawings and familiar with the properties of metal materials, processing technology, and market price trends.

具备独立落地降本项目、优化供应链结构的实战能力。
Possesses practical skills in independently implementing cost reduction projects and optimizing supply chain structures.

熟悉质量体系、外企采购流程、合规采购制度。
Familiar with quality systems, foreign company procurement processes, and compliant procurement policies.

逻辑清晰、谈判能力强、数据敏感、抗压稳定；诚信合规、具备资深采购独立解决问题的能力。
Clear logic, strong negotiation skills, data sensitivity, and resilience under pressure; Demonstrates integrity and compliance, and have ability to independently solve problems.

具备进出口知识
Knowledge of import/export.

良好的英语口语和写作能力，可以独立和国外供应商电话会议沟通。
Good English skill on oral and writing. Can organize meeting with oversea supplier independently
