测试策略制定
Test Strategy Development

根据项目需求和产品特性，制定全面的测试策略，确保测试工作的高效性和系统性。
Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans based on project requirements and product features to ensure the efficiency and systematic nature of testing. -
与开发团队紧密合作，参与需求评审、设计评审或其他评审，从测试角度提供改进建议，提前规避潜在风险。
Collaborate closely with the development team, participate in requirement review, design review and other reviews, and provide suggestions from a testing perspective to identify potential risks in advance.
测试用例设计与执行
Test Case Design and Execution

设计高质量、高覆盖率的测试用例，涵盖功能、性能、安全性和用户体验等方面。
Design high-quality, high-coverage test cases covering functionality, performance, security, and user experience. -
组织并执行测试用例，记录测试结果，及时发现并跟踪缺陷，推动问题的解决。
Organize and execute test cases, document test results, identify defects in a timely manner, and track their resolution.
自动化测试开发
Automation Testing Development

编写自动化测试脚本，实现测试用例的自动化执行，提高测试效率和准确性。
Write automation test scripts to achieve automated test case execution and improve test efficiency and accuracy. -
定期维护和优化自动化测试脚本，确保其稳定性。
Regularly maintain and optimize automation test scripts to ensure their stability.
团队协作与指导
Team Collaboration and Mentorship

指导初级测试工程师，帮助他们提升测试技能和职业素养。
Provide guidance to junior test engineers to help them improve their testing skills and professional qualities. -
参与测试团队的技术分享和培训，推动团队整体技术水平的提升。
Participate in technical sharing and training within the team to enhance the overall technical level of the team.
质量保障与流程优化
Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

负责软件质量的评估，定期生成测试报告，为项目决策提供数据支持。
Be responsible for evaluating software quality, regularly generating test reports to support project decision-making. -
参与测试流程的优化和改进，推动敏捷测试实践在团队中的落地。
Participate in the optimization and improvement of the testing process and promote the implementation of agile testing practices within the team.
任职要求：
Requirements:
熟悉软件开发流程和测试理论，掌握黑盒测试和白盒测试方法。
Familiar with the software development process and testing theories, and proficient in black-box and white-box testing methods.
掌握至少一门脚本语言，熟练使用自动化工具编写测试脚本。
Proficient in at least one scripting language with hands-on experience in developing
具备英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术文档。
Proficiency in English reading and writing, able to comprehend English technical documents.
本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业；3年以上软件开发或测试经验。
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; 3+ years of software development or testing experience.
