About the Role
在内外管理制度与要求下，有效落实分公司银保业务管理与运营支持工作，有力支持渠道前线工作的开展，确保银保业务的顺利、高效运行
工作职责：
开展基础管理、业务分析、定期追踪企策划方案追踪，督导业务竞赛的达成情况，有重点的进行指标追踪
负责分公司银保内外部业绩报表统计制作，定期发布业务分析报告
负责银保业务人员(渠道支持人员)管理工作，包括协助人员招募入离职流程、基本法考核，绩效、薪资核定计算及发放
负责渠道费用管理，银行协议管理及手续费支付，完成时点存款、资本保证金等各类存款的申请与办理等，编制VEA使用报表，分析费用使用情况
支持推进与合作银行的系统对接工作，协助业务人员(渠道支持人员)顺利完成出单流程
根据分公司运营制度及流程，完成保单运营各个环节的支援工作，尤其在保单核保、单证管理环节的支持
根据公司和部门要求，完成定期和临时的各项内外部系统和运营相关报告
执行主管安排的其他任务
