Sira Industries Tianjin is looking for a high-potential operational leader to join our management team in China. This position is designed for a professional who aims to progressively grow from Operations Management into full Plant Management responsibility within an international manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will work directly with top management and play an active role in the operational development of the company during an important phase of organizational and system transformation. Key responsibilities:
Monitor and improve production performance and operational efficiency Analyze KPIs and support data-driven decision making
Coordinate daily operations together with production supervisors Support production planning and cost optimization activities
Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Help strengthen operational integration between Italian and Chinese teams
Support the implementation and stabilization of ERP / MES / WMS systems Participate in the development of SOPs, work instructions, and standardized processes
Candidate profile:
Native Italian speaker
Professional English required
Chinese language capability is considered a strong advantage
Previous experience in manufacturing, operations, production, industrial engineering, or supply chain environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to shopfloor operations
Analytical mindset combined with practical execution capability
Ambition to grow into senior operational leadership positions
What we offer:
Gross monthly salary: RMB 40,000–45,000
