Role Overview
This role provides administrative and operational support to the E-commerce team and senior leadership, ensuring efficient daily operations, strong team engagement, and high-quality execution of key activities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to 4 Senior Directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, and daily coordination to ensure smooth and efficient team operations

Lead admin community initiatives to strengthen team capabilities (e.g. company policy understanding, stewardship practices), and execute ongoing employee wellbeing programs to promote health and organization morale

Organize and execute key office events such as town halls, leadership visits, and major team gatherings, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality delivery

Support E-commerce–related activities and KCP processes, while facilitating coordination across internal stakeholders

Own and manage the E-commerce team’s daily shipment reporting with accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and service mindset

Good organizational and multitasking skills

Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
