What are we looking for?
- 拥有 3–5 年同类岗位工作经验掌握设备机械原理具备丰富的食品机械及洁净设计知识
- 精通设备维护策略制定工具EMS掌握项目管理Engineering Working Process流程熟悉项目全周期管理
- 熟悉可靠性相关的各类QFS Global standard和安全/环境 Global Standard
- 具备出色的问题解决能力与项目管理能力
- 熟练使用电脑能操作 SAP 系统、微软办公套件Excel、Word、PPT及各类生产计划系统者优先
- 本科及同等学历
- Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Desirable, you’ll have advanced problem solving and project management skills.
- We want someone who is a confident PC user (SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)), production planning systems.
- You’ll also need to hold Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Level

What will be your key responsibilities?
- 操作复杂机械设备与系统调整生产工艺以提升产品质量与生产效率
- 针对各类复杂生产低效问题制定优化解决方案
- 对高复杂度设备及系统开展故障排查与问题诊断实施预防性维修
- 凭借专业技术主导大型设备翻新改造工作并统筹复杂系统的规划安装
- 落实整改措施或持续改善项目并跟进监控落地效果确保相关举措切实有效
- 在每日工作实践中应用玛氏五大原则遵守公司政策和标准操作流程
- 把设备停机、失效与风险等随机的事件在PM Pillar的领导下转化为可以预测、治理、复盘的管理
- 提高安全和质量意识提高效率降低成本等
- Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for preventive repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment re-builds and guide planned installation of complex systems.
- Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.
