Busy workplace which serves for over 200 walk-in customers a day
My responsibilities were to consult with the customers on the bank's products, to make sure that the customers took the right progress for transactions and to analyze the sales data of the products.
Every morning before I got started to work, the lobby manager would hold a shorting meeting with us, in order to improve our morale. Then I prepared myself with smile and patience, waiting for customers. That was my favorite part of the work, which refreshed me with warm hearts.
The most challenging part is to keep the smile, because I had to work a whole day with only a 1-hour lunchtime rest. Some of the questions are easy to answer, some are more challenging.
During the work, I collected the sales data of walk-in customers by myself and built up a database. I designed a questionnaire to record the customer's basic information and the products they bought. After two weeks since the collection got started, I began to make conclusions on what products are more popular, what are features of the buyers and how to sell a specific product to someone. I delivered a report for the manager and he took my suggestions on selling gold.
I was a sophomore that year, so that both the knowledge and abilities are very limited. The internship taught me to be as positive as I could. Even when I got tired, I would smile to myself, and like magic, I really turned up at the end. Another thing I learned is that I realized that I should always seek for a better solution. I was not required to do th
The days I spent at CCB was unforgettable. Not only because of the stressful tasks that I have to learn and deal with each day, but also the people surrounding. Multitasking, critical thinking, and all these kinds of so-called skill seem like the basic requirement when it comes to working at CCB. The most enjoyable part of the job was to dealing trading businesses with customers around the world. The hardest, which is also the culture thing of the company, is the management style. It seems like not everybody was willing to work hard for themselves, instead, they were working hard to show their boss who should be promoted. There are pros and cons to this problem. The competitive environment was tough to survive, so do your best to stand still, and think about promotion afterward.
优点Competitive, Good learning experience.
缺点Tough to get promotion. Not so much personal time.
My work as an assistant manager in the Donggang branch of China Construction Bank is mainly customer service. Everyday at work, I helped the customers in the branch to solve their problems. I gave the individual customers some advice on financial management and investment. The hardest part of the job may be the communication with customers, I had to answer all kinds of questions the customers asked and meet their requirements. And the most enjoyable part of the job is that I felt very glad when the customers were very satisfied with my works. The co-workers in the branch were all very nice and they would like to solve the questions I asked. I learned a lot from the internship.

One month work experience in China Construction Bank as internship. I really want to learn form this bank is group work, and how to improve my service give customers a good experience.
The workplace culture is very serious, you cannot make any mistakes, because it may cause lots of loss.
because i am just a internship, just a assistant for helping receptionist, so for me the hardest part of the job is I need to keep my smile all the time, even the customer is very unreasonable, I think the first thing I learn is be patient.
The most enjoyable part of this job is I get more chance to talk to different people, to learn how to talk to in different way with different people.
优点Free lunch, good working environment, good opportunity to learn things.
A dynamic team leader; able to bring energy, enthusiasm, and humor to motivate team members to achieve potential and meet objectives.
Most days I get in early so I can get emails done and be ready for the project team meeting. My last job was an excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways. I didn’t have any previous experience of Microsoft Access. When my employer introduced a new order management system which used Access they gave me the opportunity to undertake additional training so as to be able to work effectively with this. I was then able to put this training into practice on a day-to-day basis and I am now extremely adept at using the package.Co workers were good, enjoyed working as a team and discussions.

• At times there seems to be a slight divide between the departments upstairs and downstairs, which may be down to the varied nature of the work being carried out in each department.
very good working environment, friendly and helpful atmosphere
Got a lot of help from my mentor and fellow officemates. They were good at programming and taught me a lot about writing win8 apps. Although I'm an intern student, they included me in their meetings to let me get familiar with what they are working on. My mentor is quite experienced and nice and would help me a bit with time management about my assigned work.
The enjoyable part is everybody is friendly and helpful. If I came across some technical questions that I could not find answer myself, they would definitely help me. Even if they didn't know a good answer for some of my questions, they would tell me whom to go to and what to study. I learned a lot from them.
Strict work environment with helpful mentor and different level of clients
I need to get to my position at 8:30 A.M. Everyday I Worked closely with my mentor to perform analysis of capital, credit, and loans for corporate and individual clients and reviewed corporate business and personal lending procedures and responsibilities. During the work, I have to communicate with clients from different levels. This can push myself to stand out and practice my knowledge. Through my intern, I understood how to evaluate the credit of corporate and individual. Although work environment is rigorous and strict, the mentor and colleagues there are very nice and helpful. The hardest part of the job is communication, since my clients are from different social hierarchy. Some of them know well about the procedure but some are not. Explanation and patience are important in my routine work. The most enjoyable part of the job is to learn knowledge from my mentor, since the reality is different from what I have expected in University, and the evaluation and credit system is different from the United States.
优点helpful mentor, different level of clients, high clients volume
缺点systematic and running operation, lack of creativity

优点Acesso aos superiores em qualquer tempo
缺点Sem participação nos lucros ou PPR, sem possibilidade de crescimento
The works in China Construction Bank:
classify bank credit files, make sure there is no mistake in contracts, download business approval and collect related data, write personal bad debt records, sifted and simplified needed data and forms such as risk assessment submissions, regularly activities, risk monitoring and so on.
I learn not only the knowledge about credit and risk, but also how to get along with workmates and how to schedule the time when the workload is heavy.
The workers in the two departments are both nice and have passion for work.
The hardest part of the job is the boss may require extra work to be done before the end of the day and most of the workers need keep working after work hours. But the fun part is everyone is willing to stay to get the work done and worker who has less work will help those who are busier.
Because I am currently on a contract job as an AML assistant, my job basically entails a lot of admin work in order to help China Construction Bank with their AML remediation of files, submission of CTRs and all other AML related queries. I have learnt so much about AML as my strength is on regulatory compliance which entails:
* Drafting regulatory universe
* Drafting and engaging with management for compliance plan
* Drafting Risk Management Plans
* Monitoring, compliance advice and reporting as well as
* Representing business on compliance forums and compliance project monitoring
