About the Role
岗位：专员，税务岗
主要职责：
负责全税种日常税务合规工作，包括但不限于纳税申报、税款缴纳、发票管理、税务登记/申请/备案等；
负责公司涉税数据统计、内外部税务报告、税务流程、业务及税务数据比对纠偏等；
关注本地税务政策和征管执行规则的更新，及时上报分公司财务负责人及总部税务团队，分析对本地税务执行口径或税务流程的影响并作出调整建议；
就公司业务活动或新业务流程进行税务判断，提供内部咨询意见并适时向业务部门沟通、贯宣；
开展税务分析，应内外部需求提供分析结论，识别潜在税务风险或优化空间；
配合总部或集团完成各类涉税统计、税务调研、用户测试等工作；
积极自主应对税务稽查、自查、风险评估、风险调研、税务申诉、投诉案件等，根据情况分析及时与总部税务团队及分公司财务负责人开展协同沟通，调动同业或咨询顾问资源，均衡公司利益与合规要求；
积极学习并熟练掌握国家及公司在税务专业领域的各类税务政策、制度、操作要求等；
其他总部税务团队或分公司财务负责人安排的税务工作。
基本任职要求：
大学本科及以上学历，会计/财务/税务相关专业
具备至少8年财务或税务岗位工作经验；至少5年税务岗位工作经验、3年保险公司工作经验
持有税务师（CTA）资格者优先
掌握财务、税务、金融、保险等相关专业知识，熟练掌握税收法规相关知识
了解保险公司经营特点，熟悉保险行业监管规定
能熟练、独立的进行财务工具操作并完成高复杂度、有挑战性的工作
具有较强的沟通协调 及谈判能力，包括与税务机关等外部监管机构
具有较强的问题分析和解决能力
具有较强英语书写和沟通能力
精通掌握财务、办公软件操作、计算机基础操作等技能
