Description and Requirements

岗位介绍：

作为HRP支持GSC（全球供应链）业务组织，深入理解业务和HR战略，在组织、人才、文化方面提供专业HRP支持。同时，参与GSC层级组织发展项目，助力业务目标达成与组织效能提升。

岗位职责：

1. 支持全球范围内的业务组织 (全球订单交付，全球物流业务)

深刻理解业务需求，提供组织、人才、文化领域的专业指导与解决方案；
负责人力资源常规工作的设计和执行，包括但不限于： HC和招聘管理、年度评优、绩效考核，组织人才盘点（OHRP）等；
设计和参与所支持业务组织的培训发展项目，促进组织交流，信息分享；
收集、分析人力资源相关数据（如流失率、晋升率、绩效分布等），形成数据洞察，提供决策支持与改进建议；
HRBP相关的其他工作：文化宣讲，员工关怀等；

2. 组织发展（OD）

主导或支持组织发展相关项目，涵盖组织诊断、项目优化、变革管理等；
运用诊断工具识别组织痛点，推动组织架构调整与流程改进，确保变革顺利落地；

岗位要求：

1．专业知识与技能

熟悉HR全盘流程，精通HC管理、薪酬周期、员工激励等常规模块的操作实务；
熟悉和掌握组织诊断方法及变革管理框架，有组织变革和发展的从业经历优先；
优秀的英文沟通和呈现能力（英语口语为必须项）；
熟练使用Excel（透视表、函数）、PPT等办公工具，Power BI为加分项；
对AI工具有实际应用经验，能独立探索并落地数字化提效方案；

2. 核心能力素质

业务洞察力：能快速理解GSC业务模式，对业务真实需求拥有较高敏感度和识别能力；
咨询与沟通能力：能与业务leader及员工建立信任，有出色的沟通和协调能力；
项目管理能力：能系统化设计并推动OD项目，协调多方资源达成目标；
数据分析和应用：善于从数据中发现趋势、异常与机会，并能清晰呈现洞察，乐于探索新工具；
抗压与灵活性：多任务协同处理，适应业务节奏变化。
